Stress Management
This workshop teaches participants how to reduce and manage stress. Using elements of guided imagery, hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming and cognitive behavioural therapy, participants learn powerful ways to transform their experiences.
Working in a fast paced environment often leads to an experience of increased and sustained levels of stress. Recent scientific research has discovered that chronic stress can lead to changes in the function and structure of the brain. This in turn can facilitate premature aging, a lowered immune system and burnout. Left untreated, stress can significantly reduce a person’s ability to function at their best.
