Life Coaching
Life coaching is an amazing opportunity to gain a balanced perspective of your life, which in turn leads to your ability to identify your limits and break free of them. This is a powerful process that helps clients to determine and achieve personal goals.
The coaching session is client driven with the expectation that the client is fully committed to the process of achieving personal success. The coach uses questions, reflection and discussion to identify the client's goals. Strategies and action plans are developed with the client in order to work towards achieving those goals. The client's progress is monitored by the coach while insight and skills are shared with the client. Achievement and milestones are recognized and celebrated with the client in this transformative process of empowerment.
Coaching does not address psychological illness and a coach is not a therapist.
Why you would use life coaching
Participating in the coaching process will allow you to access your strengths and create movement in your life in the direction that you want to move.
If you are feeling stuck, unfocused or need some direction, coaching is a powerful process that can provide clarity and growth. You are the expert in your life and the collaborative coaching process respects this. We will work together by identifying and utilizing the resources that you already have in new ways. Limiting thought patterns and belief systems are addressed. New tools and resources are introduced to this process, which create a powerful catalyst for change. If you are genuinely interested in making positive change, creating movement and experiencing personal growth, then you can benefit from the empowering coaching experience.
