Neurolinguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a model of how people learn, motivate themselves and change their behaviour to achieve the results they desire. “Neuro” refers to the fact that our experiences are derived from our senses and central nervous system; “Linguistic” refers to the fact that our mental processes are experienced through language; “Programming” refers to the patterns of behaviour that integrate experience and communication.

NLP uses the important interplay between the mind and the language that is used to interpret the human experience to create emotional and physical states. By using NLP we are able to help clients achieve states of personal excellence and make important and dramatic changes in their lives.
